Dispatch & Team Lead
Guide drivers through the delivery day with clear communication, route support, and practical problem-solving. Team Leads also help train and coach newer drivers, reinforce safe habits, and support the team through on-road challenges.
Operations Manager
Responsible for keeping the daily operation organized and on track. This role works alongside ownership on staffing, schedules, safety programs, and performance goals while supporting dispatchers, team leads, and drivers in the field.
Fleet Manager
Keeps the fleet safe, compliant, and ready for service by coordinating inspections and maintenance, following up on vehicle issues, maintaining readiness records, and helping ensure every van is reliable for the delivery day.
